AME Emerge Membership Terms

AME Emerge Membership Terms

Effective August 19, 2026

These Membership Terms govern participation in AME Emerge, a monthly artist advisory membership offered by Ashton Martin Enterprises (“AME,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By purchasing an AME Emerge membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Membership Terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an AME Emerge membership. Anyone under 18 may participate only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information.

  1. Membership Benefits

AME Emerge currently includes:

• One 90-minute live group artist advisory session each month

• Opportunities for focused feedback on music, releases, branding and career decisions

• Access to the private AME Emerge community

• A designated weekly AME response window

• Session replays, Creatives Connect replays and practical artist resources

Membership benefits, schedules, speakers, resources and platform features may occasionally change. AME will provide reasonable notice of material changes whenever possible.

  1. Monthly Billing Authorization

AME Emerge costs $49 per month.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Ashton Martin Enterprises and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method $49 at enrollment and automatically every month thereafter until you cancel.

Your membership will generally renew on or near the same calendar date each month. Any required taxes will be included or displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a payment fails, AME may suspend membership access until the payment is successfully processed.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through any cancellation option available in your account or by emailing info@ashtonmartinent.com.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund charges that have already been processed. After cancellation, you will continue to have access through the end of your current paid billing period.

All membership payments are nonrefundable, and AME does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

If you believe a billing error or exceptional circumstance has occurred, you may submit a written refund request to info@ashtonmartinent.com within 24 hours of the applicable charge.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Ashton Martin Enterprises will review each timely request and may approve or deny it based on the circumstances.

No refund requests will be considered after the 24-hour request period, except where required by law or when AME confirms a duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charge.

If a refund is approved, the corresponding membership access may end immediately.

  1. Live Sessions and Recordings

AME Emerge sessions may be recorded and made available inside the private membership community.

By participating in a recorded session, you understand that your name, voice, image, comments or shared materials may appear in the member-only replay.

You may keep your camera off or limit the personal information you share. Do not present confidential information, unreleased material or content that you do not have permission to share.

AME will not publicly use a member’s image, voice, music or submitted materials for advertising without separate permission.

  1. Community Standards

Members must communicate respectfully and professionally.

Members may not:

• Harass, threaten or discriminate against another person

• Impersonate another individual or business

• Distribute spam or promote scams

• Share unlawful, abusive or misleading material

• Misuse another person’s music, content or intellectual property

• Share private community discussions, recordings or resources with nonmembers

Information shared by other members during sessions or inside the private community should not be copied, recorded or distributed outside the membership without permission.

  1. Educational and Advisory Purpose

AME Emerge provides education, strategic guidance, feedback and peer discussion.

AME Emerge does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Members should consult an appropriately qualified professional when those services are needed.

Participation does not guarantee income, streams, followers, performances, sponsorships, contracts, placements, industry representation or any other particular career result.

Members remain responsible for their own creative, business, legal and financial decisions.

  1. Intellectual Property

AME’s training materials, recordings, templates, graphics, written resources and other membership content remain the property of Ashton Martin Enterprises or the applicable content owner.

Your membership grants you a limited, personal and nontransferable right to use membership materials for your own development.

You may not resell, reproduce, publicly distribute, upload, teach from, share login access to or commercially exploit membership content without written permission from AME.

  1. Member Content

You retain ownership of the music and original content you share.

By submitting content for feedback, you give AME limited permission to display, play and discuss that content within the private AME Emerge membership experience.

You confirm that you own or have permission to share any music, images, recordings, beats, lyrics, documents or other materials you submit.

AME does not claim ownership of your original content.

  1. Account Access

Membership access is for the purchasing member only.

Login information, private links, recordings, resources and community content may not be shared with nonmembers.

AME may suspend or terminate access for:

• Nonpayment

• Account or password sharing

• Abusive or disruptive conduct

• Intellectual-property infringement

• Illegal activity

• A serious or repeated violation of these Terms

Refunds are not guaranteed when membership access is terminated because of misconduct or a violation of these Terms.

  1. Technology and Availability

AME will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access to the membership experience.

AME cannot guarantee that every live session, community feature, recording, resource or third-party platform will always be available without interruption.

If AME must reschedule a live session, members will receive updated information as soon as reasonably possible.

AME is not responsible for technical problems caused by a member’s device, internet connection, email provider or other third-party service.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ashton Martin Enterprises will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in AME Emerge, reliance on membership discussions or temporary interruptions involving third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Changes to the Membership or These Terms

AME may update these Membership Terms as the membership develops or legal requirements change.

Material updates will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, communicated to active members.

Continued participation in AME Emerge after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must legally apply.
